Michael, Amanda and everyone from Loyal plumbing have been amazing to work with. They were attentive and thorough both with the work and with the efficiency. They were considerate with our needs and I could tell that they really care about the customer. Michael always returned calls right away and answered all of our questions. When we had no heat in our VRBO weekend rental, Loyal Plumbing came over immediately on a snowy Sunday morning. They were super cordial and communicative, and even helped us carry in firewood for the night when they needed to order parts to fix the problem. They sent another technician the following morning and were able to remedy the issue. We couldn’t be more appreciative of their help and kindness towards two Southerners stuck in a South Dakotan snowstorm! Anthony and his partner are the best.
